1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed directly through our website, WhatsApp, or the contact number provided. Bookings are valid only after we receive full payment for the package.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment must be made in advance before the commencement of the tour. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or authorized online modes. Without payment confirmation, no services will be arranged.

3. Tour Inclusions

Packages include accommodation, transport, meals, sightseeing, and itinerary services as mentioned at the time of booking. Hotels, cars, food, and day-to-day itineraries will be arranged by us within the package pricing.

4. Tour Exclusions

Exclusions include your flight/train tickets to and from Goa, alcoholic drinks, personal expenses, shopping, and any additional activities not mentioned in the package. Extra rides or requirements will be charged separately.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days before the tour date. Refunds will follow our Refund Policy. No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

Guests must carry valid ID proof and follow local laws and guidelines. Respectful behavior is expected throughout the trip. Misconduct or illegal activities may lead to termination of services without refund.

7. Liability

We ensure proper arrangements for comfort and safety. However, we are not liable for delays, natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect the tour schedule.

8. Contact & Confirmation

Tour packages in Goa can only be booked and confirmed through our official contact number or WhatsApp. Customers must confirm their arrival and return dates at the time of booking.

9. Agreement

By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
